It no longer shows where my friends are on current level. The only way I can send lives is to go into my profile and send from there. It has been ongoing since July 2022 update

If you cannot connect to your kingdom on Candy Crush Saga, continue reading this article to learn how to fix the problem.
We’re sure that the error message Sorry, you don’t have access to the kingdom right now makes users very angry when it occurs, so we decided to compile a list of fixes to help you solve this issue.
Cannot Connect to Candy Crush Kingdom: Android and iOS Fixes
Keep in mind that some of these steps may remove boosters.
Fix 1 – Disconnect from Facebook
- Open the game > disconnect from Facebook
- Try reconnecting to Facebook again
- Check if the issue persists.
Fix 2 – Get the latest game updates
How to get the latest updates on Android:
- Open the Google Play Store > go to your apps
- Check if there are any Facebook or Candy Crush updates available. Out-of-date apps and games may not work correctly.
- Install the updates and try to launch the game again.
How to get the latest updates on iOS:
Go to AppStore > locate Candy Crush. If there are any game updates available, hit the Update button.
Fix 3 – Install the latest Android/ iOS updates
Make sure that your phone is running the latest software version available.
On Android, go to Settings > System updates > select Update > install the available updates.
On iOS, go to Settings >
General > Software Update > check for updates > wait until your iPhone has downloaded and installed the .updates
Fix 4 – Clear cache and data [Android]
- Go to Settings > open App Manager.
- Scroll down until you find the Candy Crush Saga app > select it.
- Force stop the app, and clear cache and data.
- Now, try to connect Candy Crush Saga for Android with your Facebook account.
Fix 5 – Uninstall Candy Crush
On
Android, go to Settings > Apps > find Candy Crush Saga > uninstall the game.
On iOS, tap and hold the Candy Crush icon until it starts wiggling. Tap the X button to remove the game. Rest assured, you will not lose your progress since it’s linked directly to your Facebook account.
Now reinstall the app on your phone, but won’t launch it yet. You first need to enable the option to play on the phone.
Connect to your Facebook account on a PC. Go to your list of apps and locate Candy Crush. Select the Play on Phone option (you can find it in the lower-left corner of the screen once the game has loaded).
Launch Candy Crush to see if you can access your kingdom now.
Fix 6 – Uninstall Candy Crush from Facebook
- Connect to your Facebook account > go to Home
- Go to Apps to see the list of all the apps and games associated with your account. Locate Candy Crush.
- Click on Settings > select Remove app
- Now, download Candy Crush on your phone and try to connect to Facebook.
