On the Note10, S20, Z Flip, and A series phones, the Power and Bixby keys have been replaced with the Side key. With this new setup, there are other ways to power off your phone, like using two side keys at once or tapping the Power icon located in the Quick settings panel. Use these options to shut off your phone if it doesn't have a dedicated Power key.

On the Note10, S20, Z Flip, and A series phones, quickly pressing the Side key will put the screen to sleep. However, if you press and hold the Side key, Bixby Voice will activate.

If you want to fully power off your phone using the keys, press and hold the Side and Volume down keys simultaneously for a few seconds. When the Power menu appears, tap Power off.

How to turn off Galaxy Note 8 with broken screen

On the Note10, S20, Z Flip, and A series phones, a Power icon has been added to the Quick settings panel.

To power off through Quick settings, swipe down from the top of the screen. Tap the Power icon in the upper right of the screen (next to the Settings icon), and then tap Power off.

Power off with Bixby

Bixby can also help you turn off your phone. You just need to set up Bixby Voice. It's a quick and easy process. After Bixby Voice has been set up, press and hold the Side key, and then say "Turn off the phone."
