I'll try and explain the situation more clearly. Let's say I'm friends with X. I then visit A's profile, with whom I don't have a friendship on Facebook.I can see its "friends in common list", and I see that X is a mutual friend. Then I visit B's profile, with whom I don't have a friendship on FB either. I know for sure X and B are friends on FB because of some reason.I can see many mutual friends with B, but not X. How come is that? I have noticed it many times. Does it have to do with X selecting who I can and cannot see as a mutual friend, or does it have to do with A's and B's privacy settings?
